Having little to no experience with technology, yet recognizing the need to have a strong web presence, Gale was faced with the daunting task of building an online presence from the ground up. The website needed to facilitate a forum for clients to give feedback, fill out and submit online forms, provide educational resources, and establish a prominent web presence.

TherapySites has made available a whole suite of educational content and resources on the Bonsall Counseling website for current and potential clients. Feedback from clients and colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive and the development team at TherapySites was able to greatly increase the site’s function.

Bonsall Counseling has been able to increase their reach to new clients and engage existing ones through their website, and has expanded into social media. Meeting clients where they are is more important than ever before, and with help from TherapySites’ social media experts, Gale’s practice now maintains regular updates on Facebook alongside her website resources to not only gain new clients, but foster their growth with education.
